I started Real Estate Capital Pro as a spin-out from TransCapital Pro to focus exclusively on raising capital and investing in real estate.

With the success of developing and providing private placement memorandum templates for corporate transactions, I started to receive requests for real estate-related PPM templates. It seems that there are plenty of investors and sponsors that subscribe to the line out of a Dead song – “what one man gathers another man spills…”

I want this site to be more than just “hey, buy my templates” (although I hope you do). while its a work in process, my goal is to provide valuable information on various aspects of investing in real estate, including financing, structuring, capital raising and valuation. I’ll also provide investing-in-real-estate educational resources.

Real Estate Capital Pro is owned by Three-Twenty Productions, LLC, which contributes 10% of its revenue to charitable causes.
