Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q.How do I get my template?

A.Templates are available via immediate download. After your payment is processed by PayPal, you will be directed to your download page. Simply right-click and and save-as to the appropriate location on your computer. Additionally, you will receive an email with your download link.

  • Q.I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still make a purchase?

A.Yes. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. You can make your payment through PayPal using any widely accepted credit card – American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

  • Q.Are the templates a program?

A.The templates all come as Microsoft Word® documents. If you can use Microsoft Word, you can easily edit the templates.

  • Q.How will I know what I need to change?

A.The templates are set up so that anything that needs to be changed is highlighted in RED font so that you know exactly what sections to work on. Additionally, there are two templates – one that is your working copy (save it for future use), and one that has comments on various sections to explain any of the “technical” aspects of your PPM.

  • Q.What happens if I get stuck?

A.As odd as it may sound, I love talking this stuff up. Feel free to call or email. If you get my VM, just leave a message and I will get back to you.

  • Q.Do you have a guarantee?

A.You get my 30-day, unconditional money back guarantee. If this template doesn’t work for you for any reason, just send me an email and I will refund 100% of your purchase price – no questions asked (although I may ask you how I can make it better).

  • Q.What happens if I purchased the wrong template?

A.Well it happens – you meant to buy a fund template, but you purchased the single asset template. I assume the best in people, so just send me an email and I’ll send you the right template.

  • Q.How often can I use my template?

A.You can use your template as many times as you want. For example, if you purchase the single asset template, once you get your transaction completed, just change the property specifics to create a PPM for your next deal.
